The Degrees@Work program is available to eligible full time and part time employees at participating Stellantis dealerships, including Clement CDJR Florissant.
To qualify, employees typically must:
- Be employed for at least 30 days
• Have an active Stellantis SID number
• Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
How the Program Works
Getting started is simple and designed to fit around your work schedule.
- Complete the online admissions application.
- Connect with a Strayer University admissions advisor.
- Begin coursework while continuing your career at the dealership.
Employees may also receive transfer credit for certain technical training, which can help reduce the time needed to complete a degree
